Edgerly attended in the ArtsEd Education in 2005 to start his acting career. In 2006, he started in a play called <nowiki>''A Midsummer Night's Dream''</nowiki> where he played Peaseblossom. He has also acted in some commercials starting in 2023.

In November 2008, Edgerly joined the British version of the children's music group/television show Hi-5. He is a musician and had a punk rock band.
