Trivia
- This was intended to be the first season with 45 episodes since Season 13.
- Due to the closure of the Australian production office on September 2018, the series was cancelled, suspending production of this season.[8]
- 5 Songs of the Week were filmed with Malaysia Airlines' Enrich Juniors program. It is unknown if the remaining 4 songs were filmed.[9]
- Courtney Clarke had stated on Instagram that they recorded "new songs", but it is unknown how many were made. These were presumably composed by Ella Spira, who composed Hi-5 Dance Off, as original composer Chris Harriott had already retired from Hi-5 at this point.

- Following the cancellation, Hi-5 would continue touring with a new cast until 2019, along with guest appearances of former cast members Stevie Nicholson and Tanika Anderson.[10]
