Season 17 of Hi-5 Australia premiered in 2017. It consists of 25 episodes. This is the first and only season of the fourth generation, and the final Australian season overall.

- This is a reworked version of the cancelled fourth season of Hi-5 House.
- Due to the closure of the Australian production office on September 2018, the series was cancelled, making this the final season.[2]
