"Move Your Body" is a song of the week and it is featured as the 6th song of Season 1. It was also featured as the 6th song for Season 1 of the American Hi-5 in 2004, and as the 2nd song for Season 1 of Hi-5 House in 2013. There's also an Indonesian Version of the song but it's only available on their album in 2018. This song was featured in the Summer Rainbows video.

- In Season 1, the background of the opening version is red, however, the background of the ending version is shown to be pink.
- In the original version, Kellie sang all the verses. In both the American and Hi-5 House versions, each female member sang a different verse.
- The Hi-5 House version was different as the note and arrangement have changed.
- Some of the costumes for the American version were later reused in Switching Around.
- The costumes from the American version were reused for the Sharing Stories segment from the Season 2 episode Journeys Through Life.
- This is the first song where the title is not sung in the chorus.
